Every individual who enters our doors is met with respect, confidentiality, and skilled care from our team of licensed, highly trained counselors. We specialize in trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique journey.

We believe healing should be available to everyone. That’s why we offer counseling on a sliding scale, accept self-pay, and are proud recipients of the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Grant, which allows us to offer free counseling to qualifying individuals.

  • One-on-one therapy for children, teens, and adults to explore emotions, process trauma, and develop tools for personal growth.

  • Support for families navigating communication issues, transitions, divorce, parenting challenges, or relational trauma.

  • Guidance for couples to strengthen connection, rebuild trust, and develop healthy patterns of conflict resolution and communication.

  • Developmentally appropriate therapy for young children, using the language of play to help them express, heal, and thrive.
