Meet Scott:
Scott is a compassionate and energetic CEO who wants the best for the clients and staff at Ministry Village. With twenty years of experience in Fire and EMS, as well as twenty years working and teaching Critical Incident Stress Management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and care to the Ministry Village. Scott holds Fire Chief Certification and has specialized training in Critical Incident Stress Management. Scott also brings a pastoral role to his position as an ordained pastor, with a heavy focus on missions.
Their passion lies in making all the staff and clients at Ministry Village feel welcome and motivated. Scott believes that all those that are suffering from mental health injuries should be able to gain access to healing and that there should never be any reason to hesitate to ask for help.

What Inspires Scott:
For Scott, the most rewarding part of being at Ministry Village is watching the heart and caring of every counselor and being able to witness clients leave feeling better about themselves and their situations. He is committed to helping the counselors gain training and experience to make them the best for the clients we serve.
A Little More About Scott:
Outside of work, Scott enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with family and friends including my Dinner Club. They also have a passion for missions for his church, which keeps them grounded and inspired.
