Meet Latoya Williams:
Latoya is a compassionate and skilled counselor at Ministry Village. She brings a wealth of knowledge and care to every session. Latoya holds a Master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Master’s in Applied Psychology from Sacred Heart University. She has specialized training in EMDR, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Restoration Therapy, Superhero Therapy, Prepare/Enrich, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Sand tray therapy. Her passion lies in providing trauma-informed holistic care that honors the mind, body and souls of the Individuals and couples who desire compassionate and non-judgmental counseling support on their healing journey.
Latoya believes that as long as a person has breath in their lungs there is hope and opportunity for restoration and growth. She believes that no matter what difficulty someone may face they can live an overcoming life that honors their core values.

For Latoya, the most rewarding part of being at Ministry Village is having the opportunity to help clients heal and navigate life challenges while being a member of a compassionate, faith-based trauma-informed ministry that is truly family.
A Little More About Latoya:
Outside of work, Latoya enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, reading, decorating, traveling, glamping and nerding out with Marvel superhero content. She also has a passion for all things butterfly related and leading a small women’s Bible study group which keeps her grounded and inspired.
