Cyndil is a compassionate and skilled psychotherapist at the Ministry Village. With 5 years of experience in trauma, she brings a wealth of knowledge and care to every session.
Cyndil holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and Motivational Interviewing.
Her passion lies in assisting clients in identifying and healing life’s challenges so they can live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Cyndil believes in meeting people where they are, incorporating evidence-based approaches, and walking through the healing journey with them in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

What Inspires Them:
For Cyndil, the most rewarding part of being at Ministry Village is seeing how resilient people are. Even though life can be really hard and full of trauma, she believes people have the capacity to heal. She believes people have the ability to learn skills and implement change in their lives. Cyndil loves to see clients align their values and beliefs with their actions and live intentionally.
She is committed to using a client-centered approach to help clients navigate real change in their lives.

Outside of work, Cyndil enjoys spending time with her family. They love being outside, growing things, traveling together, reading all the things, and weekends.
Cyndil also has a passion for discipleship, building strong friendships, and community outreach.
