Meet Leah:

Leah is a dedicated and compassionate counseling intern at Ministry Village, currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and hope.

Leah is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling understood, and she approaches each client with empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity about their story.

Her clinical work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. She integrates elements of Gestalt techniques and Narrative practices to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals.

In her free time, Leah enjoys working out, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves creating art, which allows her to stay grounded, inspired, and connected to her creative side.
